This is an automatic flyback chronograph movement with both a column wheel and a vertical clutch, plus the date.
But, this is a very different watch. The solid white gold case measures 44mm across the dial aperture and a whopping 49.25mm if you include the oblong sides of the case. It's 12.16mm thick, which seems appropriate for a watch of this size – incidentally, the much smaller 5980 is the same thickness, meaning this watch will likely feel thinner because of the additional diameter. The Ref. 5711/ 1P Nautilus is offered in a limited edition of 700 pieces in platinum, with each retailing for the unusual sum of $113,440. The more complicated Ref. 5976/IG Nautilus Flyback Chronograph in 18-karat white gold retails for a slightly more affordable $96,390.
